Department of Health and Human Services
DEPARTMENTAL APPEALS BOARD
Appellate Division

Georgia E. Conic, Ph.D.

Docket No. A-20-58
Decision No. 2993
April 8, 2020

DETERMINATION TO DECLINE REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE RULING

After reviewing the record to evaluate the issues presented by Georgia E. Conic, Ph.D.’s exceptions to the ruling of the administrative law judge in Georgia E. Conic, Ph.D., Ruling Denying Motion to Vacate Dismissal and Reopen Petitioner’s Case, CRD Docket No. C-19-1098 (February 21, 2020), we have determined that we need not render a separate decision.  Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 1005.21(g), we therefore decline review of and summarily affirm the administrative law judge’s ruling.
