HHS Launches National Public Education Campaign Ahead of Respiratory Virus Season (Aug. 19, 2024)

Campaign provides evidence-based information on vaccines for flu, COVID-19, and RSV.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) launched a new national campaign today to inform the public about common respiratory viruses and available vaccines. The campaign, Risk Less. Do More., aims to increase awareness of vaccines that reduce serious illness from influenza (flu), COVID-19, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in high-risk populations and to limit the spread of these viruses among all Americans.

New U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Campaign Joins HBCU Tour to Increase Flu, COVID-19 Vaccinations (Sept. 10,2024) 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Risk Less. Do More. campaign is partnering with the HBCU Tailgate Tour to increase awareness and access to vaccines that protect against severe illnesses from influenza (flu) and COVID-19. The HBCU Tailgate Tour, which celebrates the culture of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), will visit eight campuses throughout the country this fall.
