Due to technical problems that a number of you have experienced when trying to submit questions via regulations.gov, we will extend the deadline to submit questions about the NPRM to Thursday, October 15, 2015.  In addition, if you wish to submit questions via email between now and COB Thursday, October 15, 2015, email them to: Irene.Stith-Coleman@hhs.gov

Submit electronic questions, identified with docket number HHS-OPHS-2015-0009, to: http://www.regulations.gov.
