Register to attend the National Vaccine Advisory Committee Public Meeting

Registration is now open for the September 2023 Meeting.      

Deadline for Non-U.S. Citizens: September 18, 2023

Attendance is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis by registration. Due to fire code restrictions if in-person attendee registration reaches room capacity, registration will be closed and no additional in-person attendees will be permitted to register.

Meetings of the NVAC are open to the public. In an effort to protect everyone’s health, this event will have limited in-person seating for the public. Registered attendees will have priority to join the meeting in-person. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last 48 hours will be required to attend the meeting, and masks will be required in public spaces.

This meeting will be streamed via webcast on hhs.gov/live for all members of the public that would like to view the meeting without attending in-person.

If you wish to provide verbal public comment during the meeting, please confirm your request by sending an email to nvac@hhs.gov. If you wish to provide written comments, please submit them at least 5 business days in advance to nvac@hhs.gov.
