    SNAP Waiver

    Target Implementation Date: January 1, 2026

    On August 4, USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins approved Governor Kevin Stitt’s waiver request to prohibit the purchase of soft drinks and candy using SNAP benefits.

  • Alaska

    HB 57, Article 5 - Wireless Telecommunications Device Policy

    This article requires each school district to adopt a policy that regulates the possession and use of nonschool-issued wireless telecommunications devices during regular school hours, including lunch and passing periods.
