SNAP Waiver
Target Implementation Date:USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins approved Governor Jim Pillen’s request for a waiver to restrict the purchase of soda, soft drinks, energy drinks, and candy with SNAP benefits. Nebraska became the first state approved for this type of waiver.
