The Annual Performance Report provides information on the Department's progress towards achieving the goals and objectives described in the HHS Strategic Plan.
As required by GRPAMA and OMB Circular A-11, the organization of this FY 2024 performance report aligns with the HHS Strategic Plan FY 2022-2026 and the information in this report reflects results available as of January 2024. As additional data becomes available, HHS will continue to update information on those impacts in future reports.
