Secretary Kennedy, Deputy Secretary O’Neill, Commissioner Makary, and U.S. Senator Mullin to Host Press Conference on Measures to Safeguard American Public from Dangerous Opioid 7-OH

WASHINGTON, DC - MONDAY, JULY 28, 2025 - U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill, Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary, and U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin will host a press conference to announce new actions the agency is taking on the dangerous opioid 7-OH to protect the American people.

Tuesday, July 29 at 10:30 AM ET 
Press should arrive by 9:30 AM for priority placement
