    EO-25-052 - SNAP Waiver

    Signed on May 1, 2025 by Governor Jeff Landry

    Governor Jeff Landry signed an Executive Order to request a waiver to restrict the purchase of soft drinks, energy drinks, and candy with SNAP benefits. On August 4, USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins approved the request.

    HB 1135 - Communication Devices in Schools
