    HB 322 - Lab-grown Meat Labeling

    Signed on April 6, 2026 by Governor Abigail Spanberger

    Prohibits misbranding, specifically restricting the use of terms like "meat" for products that are lab-grown, cell-cultured, or insect-based, requiring clear labeling to differentiate them from traditional meat. Violators will be subject to a civil penalty.

    SB 108 - Prohibiting Cell Phone Usage in Schools
