About the Event

Secretary Kennedy joined EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and Utah legislators at a press conference to celebrate three MAHA bills signed by Governor Spencer Cox. These bills prohibit adding fluoride to public water, ban certain additives and dyes in food served by public schools, and seek a federal waiver (granted June 10) to prohibit soda purchases using SNAP benefits.
