Secretary Kennedy and Daphne Oz Team Up for Third Episode of The Real Food Show
WASHINGTON, D.C. — September 2, 2026 — U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. today released the third episode of The Real Food Show with MAHA mom, chef, television host, best-selling author, and influencer Daphne Oz, demonstrating how all Americans can prepare a simple, affordable meal made with real ingredients.
In the episode, Secretary Kennedy and Oz prepare a mock tuna chickpea salad on sourdough bread with Bibb lettuce for just $2.64 per serving. The “no-cook” recipe features chickpeas and other ingredients highlighted in the updated Dietary Guidelines spearheaded by Secretary Kennedy alongside U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and backed in gold-standard science. This recipe can be customized with additional sources of protein.
