    Aims to improve student educational outcomes and mental wellbeing across the state by prohibiting cell student phone use during the school day in Oregon’s K-12 public schools.

    HB 959 - Act to Promote Internet Safety and to Provide Social Media Literacy in Instruction in Schools

    Directs the Vermont Secretary of Education to develop a model policy prohibiting student use of cell phones at school from arrival to dismissal, with certain exceptions. Each school board will be required to adopt this policy or a more stringent policy.
