    HB 480, Section 17 - Cell Phone and Social Media Use in Schools

    Directs the Vermont Secretary of Education to develop a model policy prohibiting student use of cell phones at school from arrival to dismissal, with certain exceptions. Each school board will be required to adopt this policy or a more stringent policy.
