About the Event

Secretary Kennedy joined Arizona lawmakers at a packed press conference to celebrate two MAHA bills passed by the state legislature. The Arizona Healthy Schools Act prohibits public schools from serving ultra-processed food with harmful additives, and a second bill (vetoed by the Governor) lets the state seek a USDA waiver to prohibit soda purchases using SNAP benefits.
