At this year's conference, HHS will highlight one of its key projects, The ReImagine Data Insights Initiative (RDi2). RDi2 is an effort pioneered by HHS, and driven from the Office of the Chief Technology Officer to change how agencies and offices within HHS share, integrate, analyze, and visualize data in alignment with the Federal Data Strategy Action Plan to better inform policy and evidence-based decision making.
Ultimately, RDi2 will enable data-driven, innovative approaches to the nation's healthcare challenges while simultaneously protecting patient privacy and data security.
A key element of the initiative is Unifi, the data sharing platform that will centralize data from multiple sources and will let users request data, analyze, and then visualize it in meaningful and dynamic ways.
