Invitations for the Surgeon General

We appreciate your interest in meeting with or inviting the Surgeon General to speak at your event. All meeting and speaking requests must be submitted through the web form.

To request a meeting or to invite the Surgeon General to your event, please fill out the Request Form and submit it online.

Please note that all requests will be reviewed by the Surgeon General's Calendar Review Committee before a final determination is made. Given the volume of invitations the Surgeon General receives, we cannot guarantee a response any earlier than four to six weeks before the requested date. Be sure to provide full, accurate, and specific information as the committee that reviews your invitation will base their recommendation on the written materials you submit through this process. Invitations should be submitted via the online form (preferred). Questions may also be sent via the contact information below.
