HB 57, Article 5 - Wireless Telecommunications Device Policy
This article requires each school district to adopt a policy that regulates the possession and use of nonschool-issued wireless telecommunications devices during regular school hours, including lunch and passing periods.

Target Implementation Date:Nebraska is the first state to remove soda and energy drinks from SNAP benefits. In a historic step, USDA Secretary Rollins signed Governor Pillen’s request to allow the state to stop subsidizing these sugary drinks.
