    HB 403 - SNAP Waiver

    Signed on March 27, 2025 by Governor Spencer Cox

    House Bill 403 seeks a federal waiver to prohibit the use of SNAP benefits to purchase soda and other sugary soft drinks. This waiver was approved by USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins on June 10.
