The first pie graph shows the enforcement results by calendar year according to the type of closure which includes the percentage of the total resolutions for each category.  This is the number of complaints that OCR had resolved.  The second pie graph shows the same data as the first bar graph with the break-out of technical assistance provided for calendar years 2013 and beyond.
