Onboarding Checklist

Below is a list of tasks you must complete as part of your onboarding process prior to attending the virtual orientation. This information is also included in the offer letter you received from SROC.

New Hire Forms

Complete the new hire documentation in the USA Staffing Onboarding System
USA Staffing for New Hires login

For your initial login, use the link provided in your tentative/final offer letter.
Form I-9 Employment Identification

Upload the I-9 Employment Identification to the USA Staffing Onboarding System
Acceptable Forms of Identification
Obtain Your ID Badge The PSC Badging Office in your region will contact you to schedule a badging and fingerprinting appointment.
Visit the Badging Office Process you must follow the day of your scheduled badging and fingerprinting appointment.
Complete Oath of Office The Oath of Office call is administered on orientation day between 8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. EST
Attend Orientation Orientation Times
  • Eastern Standard Time (EST): 9:30 a.m.
  • Central Standard Time (CST): 8:30 a.m.
  • Mountain Standard Time (MST): 7:30 a.m.
  • Pacific Standard Time (PST): 6:30 a.m.
The virtual orientation invitation is sent by email no later than the Friday before your orientation.
Contact your supervisor/POC for reporting instructions Contact information can be found in your final offer letter.
