Analytics

  • Website Metrics
ASPA Digital uses Google Analytics & Site Improve to track website performance and statistics. Google Analytics & Site Improve include features that help ASPA Digital identify trends and patterns in how visitors engage with our websites. Some of the metrics tracked to measure how websites are performing include visitors, bounce rates, interactions per visit, top traffic sources and average session duration. We use other data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of website designs and content layout. For a full list of the analytics tools used by ASPA Digital, please read the HHS Privacy Policy.
  • Use of Persistent Cookies for Website Performance Measurement
ASPA Digital has Department-wide approval to use persistent cookies for the purpose of web metrics reporting and analysis. This only applies to websites that do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). You will have to update your privacy policy to comply with OMB guidelines or link to the HHS privacy policy.
  • The Office of Management and Budget (OMB): Approved Fast Track Online Customer Satisfaction Survey
ASPA Digital uses this survey to measure visitor satisfaction and gather user feedback on websites. The surveys do not collect PII. The fast-track clearance only applies to surveys on the Office of the Secretary (OS) websites. Contact us if you have questions on the fast-track website user satisfaction survey.
  • Data Analytics Program (DAP) implementation support
The Data Analytics Program (DAP) is an analytics tool for measuring digital service that is offered by General Services Administration (GSA). All executive branch federal agencies are required to implement the DAP JavaScript code on public-facing websites. ASPA Digital offers implementation support to HHS operating and staff divisions.
