OHRP Recently Released Draft Guidance on Disclosing Reasonable Foreseeable Risks in Research Evaluating Standing of Care for Public Comment

The Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) recently released draft guidance on the topic, “Disclosing Reasonably Foreseeable Risks in Research Evaluating Standards of Care”, http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/regulations-and-policy/requests-for-comments/draft-guidance-disclosing-risk-in-standards-of-care/index.html. Public comments on the draft guidance are encouraged and can be submitted until December 23rd. Directions on how to submit comments can be found on the OHRP website, http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/regulations-and-policy/requests-for-comments/index.html.
