8. Mociones engeneral

  1. Mociones por escrito. Excepto para las mociones realizadas durante una audiencia preliminar o en una audiencia, todas las mociones deben ser presentadas por escrito y firmadas por una parte o por el representante de una parte. El Juez de lo contencioso administrativo puede solicitar que las mociones orales sean reducidas a mociones por escrito.
  2. Oportunidad de responder. Una parte puede presentar una respuesta a la moción de la parte opositora, ya sea en el momento establecido por la regulación o por el Juez de lo contencioso administrativo. Salvo que el Juez de lo contencioso administrativo ordene lo contrario, el plazo en el cual una parte puede presentar una respuesta se rige de acuerdo con las regulaciones pertinentes (por ej., Artículo 498.17, Título 42 del C.F.R. o Artículo 1005.13(c), Título 42 del C.F.R).
