1. Alcance

Las partes deben seguir los Procedimientos de la División de Recursos Civiles (CRDP) para la presentación de casos ante la División de Recursos Civiles (CRD). Excepto en la medida en la que se lo sustituya por un auto del Juez de lo contencioso administrativo (ALJ) en un caso en particular, los Procedimientos de la División de Recursos Civiles tienen la misma fuerza y efecto legal que si hubieran sido ordenados por el Juez de lo contencioso administrativo.

Los Procedimientos de la División de Recursos Civiles no sustituyen las normas regulatorias promulgadas por la Secretaría de Salud y Servicios Sociales (Secretaría) y se deberán interpretar consistentemente con las reglamentaciones en un caso en particular.
