HRSA Data Warehouse

Description: The HRSA Data Map Tool provides an interactive interface that allows the creation of basic maps containing information related to health center sites, grants, shortage areas, nurse corps, special initiative grants, facility locations, and service boundaries including other variables of interest. The HRSA data map tool also offers a specialized Sites/Areas feature for the U.S.-Mexico border area where data can be added, allowing the user to display by state, county, and municipalities. To utilize this feature, the user must navigate to the “Special Initiatives” link on the HRSA Data Map Tool and select “U.S.-Mexico Border Health Initiative Area” or “Designated Counties”. Although the HRSA Data Map Tool displays the border region between the United States and Mexico, only U.S. data is currently available.
