    HB 1135 - Communication Devices in Schools

    Signed on May 1, 2025 by Governor Jared Polis

    Requires Colorado schools to adopt and post policies by July 1, 2026, outlining rules and exceptions for student device use during the school day to promote focused learning enviroments.
