    EO 25-54 - Promoting SNAP Innovation

    Signed on April 15, 2025 by Governor Mike Braun

    The state will review federal laws governing the administration of SNAP and determine if there are any provisions that hinder the effectiveness of the program. The state will also analyze the current effectiveness of SNAP.

    EO 25-55 - SNAP Waiver

    Signed on April 15, 2025 by Governor Mike Braun

    The state submitted a request for a waiver to exclude foods like candy and soda from SNAP. On May 22, USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins approved Governor Mike Braun’s request.
