Question: If there are no discrepancies to report between the HIX 820 and what we were expecting, what action should be taken?

Answer: If there are no payment discrepancies then there is no action to be taken. Please continue to submit your enrollment discrepancies to the Enrollment Resolution and Reconciliation (ER&R) Contractor.
