Question: How does an Issuer access the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) zONE website?
Answer: The website is https://zone.cms.gov. An issuer will need a Collaborative Application Lifecycle Tool, (CALT) User ID and Password to access the site. Once on the site go to the 'Issuer Community' and simply click on the 'Request Membership' to be made a member which will allow Issuers to access information and documents.
