Guidance for FAQ regarding Payment Processing and General Information

Question: When will the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) expect Issuers to provide monthly reconciliation files?
Answer: Issuers must currently submit monthly reconciliation files as part of the Enrollment Reconciliation Process. Please also refer to the comprehensive Enrollment Reconciliation Education Suite for further details on the reconciliation process. If you have any questions about the reconciliation results reflected in these files, please submit them to CMS_FEPS@cms.hhs.gov with the subject line "RECONCILIATION - QUESTION". Please remember to include the name of your organization, State(s), five (5)-character Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) ID(s) and your contact information.
