Question: What should Issuers do if they do not receive a Preliminary Payment Report (PPR) and a HIX 820 transaction?

Answer: Issuers who do not receive PPR and HIX 820 transaction should submit a CMS Help Desk ticket to CMS_FEPS@cms.hhs.gov for further assistance.
