User Enhancement Change Request (UECR): Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS) - Reason Code 10404 Assigns on Accrete Claims
The purpose of this UECR is to modify FISS to not assign reason code 10404 on system generated accrete claims that are used to repost outpatient history to the Common Working File. Additionally, FISS shouldn't automatically reject, deny or return to provider any CWF accrete claim.
