The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update sections within Chapter 4 and 8 in Pub. 100-08. The updates in this CR include revising a section within Chapter 8 regarding the statistical sampling process for Program Integrity contractors. Various other sections within Chapter 4 in Pub. 100-08 are also being revised.
