Updates to Chapters 1, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 of Publication (Pub.) 100-08
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update various sections within Chapters 1, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 in Pub. 100-08. Additionally, the order of the sections in Chapters 4 in Pub. 100-08 are being revised, although the content of the sections will remain the same. This update does not affect the provider and/or beneficiary populations.
