Update to Section 50 on Renewal Options and Crosswalks
The updated sections now better reflect current regulatory requirements in light of codifying longstanding policy through the Contract Year 2022 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rule (CMS-4190-F2) and the Contract Year 2023 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rule (CMS-4192-F). Changes are as follows:
