The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to make updates to remove HCPCS code 0359U from chapter 18 section 50.3 and 50.4 which was added in error. Change Request CR13166 - International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10) and Other Coding Revisions to National Coverage Determinations (NCDs)--October 2023 Update was reissued to not include HCPCS code 0359U and the business requirement was deleted.
