Update to Change Request 5927--Shared Systems Active and Non-Active Edits/Reason Codes and Audit Trail Reporting
The purpose of creating a new Change Request is to include submitting the reports to a CMS mailbox which changes Requirement Numbers 5927.2 and 5927.6.2. Requirement Number 5927.2 is replaced by Requirement Number 6344.2. In addition, the Enterprise Data Center
Contractors are to create the reports according to the contractor’s request in Requirement Number 6344.3 which replaced Requirement Number 5927.6.2.
