Question: If an issuer needs to make corrections to an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Registration form, who can the issuer contact?

Answer: Issuers should submit an updated EDI Registration form when making corrections. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will contact issuers if the agency has any questions. Issuers may also email dshedisupport@cns-inc.com with questions regarding submitting updated EDI Registration forms.
