Question: For Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) issuers who completed an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Registration form for a previous plan year, what steps must the issuer take in order to update plans for a new plan year?

Answer: Issuers must submit a 'change' listing the new Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) for the new plan year on the EDI Registration form available at https://zone.cms.gov/document/marketplace-edi-registration-form
