Revision to Update to Chapter 16b of the Medicare Managed Care Manual
Guidance for announcing that CMS has made one revision to the final update to Chapter 16b of the Medicare Managed Care Manual titled, “Special Needs Plans,” that was released January 16, 2014. Specifically, we removed much of the information related to Medicaid eligibility in favor of directing readers to the CMS Medicaid website.
