Pub 100-04 Medicare Claims Processing: Locality Codes for Purchased Diagnostic Tests

Guidance announcing the revision of reporting requirements for locality codes for purchased diagnostic tests. The revisions are needed to identify localities for both the first supplier (draws the specimen, takes the x-ray, etc.) and second supplier (performs the test, interprets the x-ray, etc.), either of which may be the purchaser of the service.
