Guidance that informs Medicare contractors to download the April 2007 average sales price (ASP) drug pricing file for Medicare Part B drugs as well as the revised January 2007 ASP files. The ASP methodology is based on quarterly data submitted to CMS by manufacturers, and CMS supplies contractors with quarterly ASP file updates.
