Procedures for Preventing Duplicate Crossover File Submissions to the Coordination of Benefits Contractor

Through this change request, CMS will provide contractors and their associated Data Centers with procedures that should help them avoid transmitting duplicate 837 flat files or, in the future, National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) files to the Coordination of Benefits Contractor (COBC) on a daily basis.
