Part D Model Material Notices for MMPs for Contract Year 2017
Guidance for: This email notice instructs New York FIDA and FIDA-IDD MMPs to delay use of the CY 2017 state-specific models of these two notices, which were issued on October 11, 2016 and also clarifies that New York MMPs must use the updated CY 2017 state-specific Part D Transition letter, which was also issued on October 11, 2016.
