We have created resources for providers and beneficiaries that explain the nursing home Medicaid benefit and common types of fraud, waste, and abuse. The resources for nursing home providers also discuss improper payments, government anti-fraud efforts, and nursing home quality of care, such as quality of life, resident rights, and resident freedom from fraud and abuse. Resources for beneficiaries include information about eligibility and admission criteria, resident rights, and quality of care.
