Site Opt-in Instructions
This provides instructions for outpatient service sites that wish to provide opioid and Substance Use Disorder treatment services, including Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration certified opioid treatment program facilities, office-based opioid treatment facilities, and outpatient facilities that provide non-opioid, general SUD treatment services.
