Model Regulation To Implement The NAIC Medicare Supplement Insurance Minimum Standards Model Act

Guidance for Medicare supplement sponsors and beneficiaries. The purpose of this regulation is to provide for the reasonable standardization of coverage and simplification of terms and benefits of Medicare supplement policies as well as to facilitate public understanding and comparison of such policies.
