This product explains the goal of this initiative, how providers can determine if they're affected and how they'll be notified, along with the timeframe of the enhanced oversight. Over the last 12 months, hospice fraud, waste, abuse, and Medicare enrollment rates have increased significantly in the impacted states; and the goal of this enhanced oversight is to reduce hospice fraud, waste, and abuse.
