Revisions to this Product include the following content updates:
• Updated the Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) improper payment rate for SNF claims for the 2020 reporting period. (Page 2)
• Added that skilled care services the skills of qualified technical or professional health personnel who will do them safely and effectively.
